Junction 5 at Berrygrove is the turn for Watford, a little under two miles south-west, on the A41 and the A4008. Aldenham and Letchmore Heath are the villages on the other side of the motorway. Watford North station is about a mile west. The 1940's Experience is about a mile south, and Munden House about a mile and a half north.
